We renovated the interiors of this villa in Lugano, creating elegant and functional spaces. At the entrance, the walls are covered with lacquered wood paneling, while the living room features a custom-made piece of furniture, mounted on a canneté paneling, with a Carrara marble top. To complete the décor, the living room includes the Utrecht armchairs by Cassina, the Pixel sofa by Saba, and the Sampei lamp by Davide Groppi. The custom-designed kitchen is complemented by the precious Doge table and the Starburst chandelier, both by Cassina, creating a modern and refined atmosphere.

This two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Milan has been furnished in a minimalist and modern style. The custom-made furniture, featuring light tones, creates a harmonious contrast with the dark grey terrazzo flooring. The Soda tables by Miniforms, in a vibrant orange, add a splash of color and stand out against the surrounding tones, creating an eye-catching visual effect. The kitchen is enhanced by a backlit display cabinet, perfect for showcasing bottles and gin. Finally, the Moon lamp by Davide Groppi delicately illuminates the dining table.

In this project, we completely redistributed the spaces, merging two semi-detached houses into a single, refined living solution, creating a beautiful villa located in the heart of Monza. The interiors have been designed to create an elegant and functional environment, with a large living area, ideal for hosting numerous guests for lunch and dinner, and a modern kitchen with a central island. The finishes, of the highest quality, combine precious marbles and refined woods, creating a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere.

We furnished this apartment, designed by ONE REAL ESTATE MILANO, using a palette of beige and dove gray tones. The kitchen countertop in brushed steel blends harmoniously with the space.
